Netherland was hosting Masters in the World Tour for the first time. Spectators were wild in Dutch City Utrecht as they have seen magnificent moves of the best 3×3 players in the world. Liman, the Serbian team, became champion after a couple of attempts this season.
The Serbian guys finally” broke the curse” on the biggest tournaments in the World Tour. Let’s briefly go through the competition in the World Tour 2022.
Constanta was the winner of the qualification draw.
Liman and Paris progressed to the elimination phase from pool A.
Utrecht and Antwerp were first-placed and second-placed members of group B.
Amsterdam and Partizan got the ticket in pool C for the quarterfinals.
Sakiai and Vienna qualified for the best 8 from group D.
Without a doubt, the quarterfinals were attractive to supporters.
Liman pulled out a 19-16 victory over Partizan in the first quarterfinal. Sakiai beat Antwerp with 21-15. Utrecht defeated Vienna with 15-12. Paris won against Amsterdam with 18-17 after overtime.
The semifinals provided fans with a lot of amazing and thrilling basketball.
In the first semifinal, Liman beat Sakiai with 21-14.
Paris won against Utrecht with 20-19.
The final game was played between Serbian Liman and French Paris. Liman pulled out a convincing 21-15 over Paris. The victory was practically never in question as Serbian time was self-confident and dominated the game.
From the start of the game, Serbian guys found somewhere energy that was needed for such an important game. Paris can be satisfied with their result on their debut World Tour performance.

Stefan Kojic had an excellent final game and he was on fire the whole competition. In the decisive game, Stefan scored 8 points and 6 rebounds. Kojic was the best scorer in the tournament and was a leader in player value. This player deservedly took the MVP award in Utrecht Masters.
The next Masters is going to be held in the city of Cebu in the Philippines the next weekend.
