Exciting three games of fifth round of Big3 are behind us

The fifth round of Big3 is over

Nerve-racking waiting for another Fireball weekend ended with the first match played on Sunday in Big3. That was supposed to be a very long day which brought us a lot of thrilling 3×3 basketball. In the upcoming paragraphs, you will see a preview of the first three played fixtures in the fifth round.

Trilogy beat Tri-State with 51-46. Tri-State led at half-time with 25-12, but in the second half we saw the huge comeback of Trilogy. Isaiah Briscoe from Trilogy was in a very good mood as he shot 9-16 from the field, 4-7 from three-point range, and had 100 percent accuracy of free throws. He was the crucial factor in Trilogy’s win over Tri-State who was disappointed with long-distance shots in this game. Tri-State and Trilogy now both have 3-2 scores. Here are the highlights from the first game of the fifth round:

Aliens defeated Ball Hogs with 50-37. The second game of the fifth round was practically decided when Leandro Barbosa, Ball Hogs player, got injured and came out of play. From that moment, Aliens had a 26-8 run and convincingly brought the game to end. Tomislav Ivosev, the player from Aliens, had the best game of the season. Dusan Bulut also contributed to the victory with his lay-ups and two-point shots. Aliens have 4-1, while Ball Hogs have one win and four losses. You can watch here the most important moments:

3’s Company won against Ghost Ballers with 50-36.  Michael Beasley, 3’s Company star, literally was on fire as he scored from different positions. Michael repeated his performance from the first round when he impressed the Big3 audience. At half time, the result was unbelievable, 25-9. In the second half, Jermaine Taylor from Ghost Ballers succeeded to decrease 3’s Company’s advantage with good moves. It was not enough for anything than a respectable loss. Both 3’s Company and Ghost Ballers now have 2-3 scores. Here you can see the best moves from that game:
